Shortcuts lists every keyboard shortcut CDE recognizes and lets you rebind or clear them, manage them from Settings → Application → Shortcuts. Many actions ship Unassigned, pick a binding if you use them often.
Use Reset to defaults to discard any custom bindings and return to what CDE ships with.

Bindings vary slightly by platform (macOS uses Cmd where these tables show Ctrl). What matters is the action name, not the exact key, use Settings → Application → Shortcuts as the source of truth for your install.
